The next important thing is the food. You should remember that when you are trying to develop your muscles, you will need to increase your intake of food. This means that you will need to have a lot of nutrients that are good for you and have less of those that will only make it harder for you to have the abs you want.

The basic thing that you should learn about the diet is that it should be high in protein, low in carbohydrates and in fats. If you can eat a lot of natural food products, it would be better.
